Pre-Order Policy

We heard you! With the increased demand and requests from many of you wishing to purchase items that were not in stock, we are opening opportunities for you to pre-order items which were not available on our website. We hope that you will find this new pre-order system to be helpful. Please note, this is not a scheduled routine! So, don’t miss out! 

 

Are all products on the website Pre-orders?

Yes! All products that you place on our website are pre-orders! Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our US warehouse. 

  

How long do I have to wait? 

Around 1-2 weeks after placement of the order. You will see our policy under the “pre-order” page informing the last date of collecting pre-order items and the estimate of the delivery time. For example, the first deadline on collecting our first pre-order opening for the month of January is January 12th. After we receive your pre-order, we arrange shipment from the Czech Republic to the US and it is estimated to take about 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Once we receive the items, it takes 2 business days for us to ship to you, and 1-5 days for USPS/ UPS to deliver the order to you. You can see the estimated time delivery when you place your order on the “pre-order” page.  

 

What if I passed the pre-order time but I want to pre-order some items? 

Pre-order is not a scheduled routine open. It depends on how many requests that we have received. Send us an email of your interest to: info@botanicususa.com, we will notify you for the next pre-order opening date. 

 

What should I do if I can’t find the Botanicus products I want on the US website? 

There are more than 500 Botanicus cosmetic products. Please refer to our official website from the Czech Republic on https://botanicus.cz/produkty/. Send us your request to info@botanicususa.com , and we will set up a link for you to pre-order in 2 business days.  Please note, we only accept orders from cosmetics collection, we don’t accept pre-orders on food and candle collection products. 

 

Returns & Cancellations

Each pre-order is placed and ordered specifically for you, therefore, we unfortunately do not accept cancellation or return for pre-order items. All Botanicus products are made freshly and organically. The expiration date is normally shorter than other skincare cosmetic brands with preservatives. We guarantee all pre-order products are at least 4 months prior to the expiration date.  

 

When a delay occurs and why?

All our products are imported from the Czech Republic, therefore unforeseen circumstances caused by customs delays, weather change, and other cases beyond our control may delay the shipment.  

In the unlikely event of a delay, our customer service representative will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

Combined Orders

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock products can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

Yes, we do!
