PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal though Shopify's payment system.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

Free shipping purchases for any purchase in the US over $50 (Discount terms are subject to change without notice). If you have any questions, please email info@botanicususa.com

HANDLING TIME

All orders are pre-orders, we don't have inventories in the US so that we can provide the freshest products to our US customers.

Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to ship out placement of orders. For more details, please check the website homepage regard to the pre-order time.

Example of a banner: "All orders place before 8/31/2023 will ship out in Early September". It means that we will ship out your placement of orders anytime in Early September between 9/1/2023 to 9/10/2023.

Usually it takes about 2-5 days to receive your orders once you have receive your tracking number.

SHIPPING COSTS

Please Note:

We ship to all states within the contiguous United States, and Canada only.
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order calculated automatically by USPS. Tracking your order through provided tracking number at USPS Tracking Tool
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days which are Monday - Friday, excluding official public holidays.
Order handling time is 1-3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are a guideline and are subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Botanicus USA’s reasonable control.
For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.
Purchase order excluding sales tax and applicable shipping charges do not add to the shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this moment.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If you have items that you wish to preorder which are out of stock, please email us at info@botanicususa.com All products are imported from the Czech Republic, due to the regulation and custom, we kindly remind you that pre-orders may take at least a month to receive the products from the Czech Republic to the United States.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Once the order has been processed, normally we don’t accept order cancellations or changes. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at info@botanicususa.com.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you have placed an order, the USPS tracking number link will be provided to your email for order tracking.

All prices on Botanicus USA are in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to provide you with 100% full refund. Returned products must be unopened and in its original saleable condition within 14 days after you received the package. You are responsible for the delivery and additional postage charges. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
