Blue chamomile is the gentlest of the meadow flowers, yet its oil is surprisingly deep and full. This single, 100% pure essential oil carries a strong, sweet-herbaceous scent into your bath, aroma lamp or diffuser, bringing a soft, soothing breath of the herb garden indoors.
How to use: for an aromatic bath, add 5–10 drops to warm water (50–100 L), or 3–4 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser. For external use only; never apply undiluted oil directly to the skin.
