Fir needle carries the whole spirit of a winter forest in a single drop — crisp, resinous and clean, like cold air moving through the evergreens. This single, 100% pure and natural essential oil brings that bracing, restorative scent to your bath, compress or aroma burner.
How to use: for a refreshing bath, add 5–10 drops to warm water (50–100 liters). For a hot or cold compress, add 5–10 drops to a bowl with 100–200 ml of warm or cool water. For vaporization, add 3–4 drops to a burner bowl filled with water. For external use only; never apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin, and do a skin sensitivity test on your forearm first.
