From the fruit of the bitter orange comes this 100% pure and natural essential oil — fresh and tangy, with a bright, slightly astringent edge that the sweeter oranges never quite reach. Stirred into a bath, breathed from a compress or warmed in an aroma burner, it brings a crisp, invigorating lift to body and mind.
How to use: for a refreshing bath, add 5–10 drops to warm water (50–100 liters). For a hot or cold compress, add 5–10 drops to a bowl with 100–200 ml of warm or cool water. For vaporization, add 3–4 drops to a burner bowl filled with water. For external use only; never apply undiluted essential oil directly to the skin, and do a skin sensitivity test on your forearm first.
