Rosemary has long been the herb of clear thinking, gathered for the way its scent seems to sharpen the senses. Distilled to a single, 100% pure essential oil, it is strong and fresh, minty and herbaceous all at once. A few drops in a bath or set to drift from a diffuser bring a bracing, garden-green clarity to the air.
How to use: for an aromatic bath, add 5–10 drops to warm water (50–100 L), or 3–4 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser. For external use only; never apply undiluted oil directly to the skin.
